  • Can my entire team participate?

    Eventually, yes. CXology is designed for both architects and users of customer experience playbooks. Currently, we are limiting enrollment to people who are architects of processes. All process architects from your team are welcome!

  • What’s the time commitment for participation?

    Each Zoom meeting will be 45 minutes long. The feedback session at the end will be 30 minutes.

  • Is there a cost to participate?

    No. Enrollment is currently free. In exchange, we may ask for your feedback on your experience.

  • What benefit do I get for joining at this early stage?

    Enrollees who meet participation requirements will receive access to a lifetime CXology subscription benefit.

  • As part of joining early, will I get access to features that won’t be included in CXology going forward?

    Sort of. At this stage, CXology will be a more hands-on experience, with direct feedback from Ali Cudby and Tim Conder. These features will only be available via upgrade once CXology launches.

  • What if I’m not available for the live sessions?

    We will make an effort to schedule the live-virtual sessions at a time that works best for everyone. You are strongly encouraged to engage in the live calls, when possible. Recordings will be available via the training platform.

  • Can I tell others about CXology?

    Yes. If you know someone who is a good fit for our program at this stage, please tell them about us.
